• The prices are indicated in Euro, and are pro Apartment daily
• The sojourn tax is not included, and are paid a part pro person daily (see the table bellow)
• Children up to 12 years do not have to pay the sojourn tax, from 12 to 18 years are paying 50%
• Children up to 2 years, if not using additional bed – gratis –
• Children from 12 to 18 years if not using the additional bed are paying EUR 5 daily
• Supplement of EUR 8 daily for additional bed
• Supplement for pets EUR 8 daily
• There is a supplementary charge of 50% for one – day staying and the 30% charge for 2-3 days staying
• The price includes: gas, electricity and water costs, bed-linen, as well as the cleaning of the apartment at the end of the stay
• Rent a boat, place for a boat, breakfast, internet use, laundry and other additional costs are charged extra and are paid directly in the House
• Any damages made to the apartment are paid directly in the house
• On the arrival day the apartment will be free after 14 o'clock and you are pleased, on the departure day, to leave the apartment at 10 o'clock

• We regret that credit cards are not accepted
• You are pleased to pay the rest of your amount 4 days prior your departure
• Payment can be made in EUR as well as in Kunas (on daily course)
• VAT is included in price
• When making a reservation it is a common practice to pay a deposit, which serves as a guarantee and is not refundable in case of cancellation. In case of a shorter stay than booked , we reserve the right to charge for the booked period
